She is married Dr. Lazar Kaganovsky has been in partner in the founding and operating of Ocean Medical Plaza. Dr. Irena Pleskova, M.D.
Dr. Irena Pleskova is a doctor of internal medicine who specializes in the fields of hematology and oncology. She is triple board certified in internal medicine, hematology and oncology and currently practices medicine in New York. Dr. Pleskova graduated medical school at the Odessa Medical Institute and fulfilled her residency requirements in internal medicine at Interfaith Medical Center. She then continued in medical academia to complete a fellowship in hematology-oncology at Interfaith Medical Center in June of 1999. As an attending physician in hematology and oncology, Dr. Pleskova gained extraordinary experience at the Nallit Institute of Cancer and Blood-Related Diseases and then at the MS Cancer Institute and finally at Holzer Clinic before Dr. Pleskova joined the Ocean Medical Plaza team of physicians and specialists in May of 2007.

Dr. Alla Seraya, D.O.
Dr. Alla Seraya specializes in family medicine in New York. Dr. Seraya graduated Moscow Medical School and continued her education at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine where she recieved her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. She constantly continues to excel in her medical career and she serves as a Diplomat on the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, she is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
While always keeping abreast of scientific and technological advances in medicine, Dr. Seraya also takes an interest in holistic and alternative approaches. Alina Kaganovsky

Alina is a New York attorney specializing in intellectual property with a traditional marketing background. Alina has worked on transactional intellectual property in the online and offline music industry. Prior to that, Alina was the Marketing and PR Manager at Ocean Avenue Medical, Inc. for 7 years. Alina’s marketing programs ranged from bi-lingual television commercial development to training the company’s doctors for radio talk shows. Alina holds a BA from New York University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.

Previously, Arthur Co-Founded S6, an online marketing agency which he grew to 35 employees, over 100 clients, and on track for $10M in annual revenue upon his exit.
